This article was sent to me by Cutkillavince a couple months back, but it’ll probably make more sense now. Before you read on, perhaps you’d like to guess who this article says is Korea’s busiest model…
As it turns out, the article Korea’s Busiest Model Worries About Job Security explains the less-than glamorous life of Kang Yui, who makes other Korean models look like slackers with her schedule (that means you Hwang Mi Hee).
The article says she only has on average 5 days off per month and an average of 3 photoshoots per day. That statistic isn’t surprising if you follow Korean news or notice the large amount of Kang Yui posts here.
The part about Kang Yui saying electronics firms favor her because she looks intelligent and sophisticated is definitely true in my mind.
However, despite being one of the highest paid models in the industry, she lacks job security and has to worry about the young retirement age in the modeling industry. Let’s just hope she sticks around for many years to come and continues being hired for popular events

Busiest, highest paid, most beautiful, not at all overrated, and if she had surgery, I don’t think she’s had that much.
If she does 3 photoshoots a day, why don’t we get 3 posts of her every day? Would certainly increase the useful activity on this site

@Matt Yes she maybe do 3 shoots per day but I don’t think the photographers post it all
Maybe you can ask the photographers to upload it all..

The news ones are usually low quality and have those annoying watermarks covering the centre of the image

Well I can see why. Age can be seen once you hit 30 in a lot of cases and not to mention the potential for new up and comers. The modeling industry has a lot of stress indeed. Hyori Lee though is past 30 I believe and still looking bang though…

Mostly, with asians, yes age does show but when they hit 30 they start to look like they are in their 20s, hardly “past it”.

When I first read the heading I thought it said Korea’s ‘bustiest’ model, lol. 3 photoshoots a day is crazy, I sure hope she’s the highest payed modek in the industry for all the work she puts into her job. And that hardly looks like her in that first photo there, very sexy.

Back when Yuri-chan only produced the average 50% of the number of views HMH or KHY generated here, I kept repeating from time to time how Yuri-chan was being underrated.
Now with a few threads posted by da Man slightly before the K Models Poll would come up, her beauty seems to have been appreciated by more and more people (I believe those particular threads really contain something for everyone, hence her respectable 3rd ranking on the Poll.).

By the hoo, one of many great things about being Asian is that most of us genetically look younger than we are, especially before the eyes of “others” (the non-Asian). Ironically, among our own, we discern the real deal — which means most of the RQ, despite looking relatively young to you, cannot hide it from their local audience.

@evil prof odor – bustiest K race queen model would be Ryu Ji Hye in my opinion
@Tyler – actually Locutis was the one who posted nearly all of the Kang Yui posts just before the K model poll, so you can thank da man Locutis
Indeed she was very underrated back in the day, it’s nice to see her rise in popularity these days

@ Steve – Ryu seems to fit that description very well, though Yui isn’t quite lacking in the chest department either.

@epo – I believe none of the racing models featured on this site are lacking in the chest department
Kang Yui tends to be more reserve about them though

@ Steve – Compared to some of the models, yeah she doesn’t exactly flaunt her chest much. It fits her sophisticated image. Ryu on the other hand has no problem showing a bit of extra cleavage here and there, which is a real treat to all I’m sure.
