Perhaps long overdue, it’s finally time to make that tough choice of choosing between Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Taiwanese girls.
Based on the view counts of each category, all four are very popular on this site, so I don’t think there’s too much biased towards a single group. However, that is just my prediction, so we’ll see if that really is true…

I like the fact that there’s a differentiation between Taiwanese and Chinese, mainly because for all my looking every single time I go back to Taiwan (family, vacation, etc) I have a hard time finding girls I can honestly say ‘they’re cute’ to as opposed to landing in Korea or Japan or China (lumping HK in there) and having to adjust my pants almost immediately.
I know they’re not going to win here but I gotta rep for the Chinese fans.

Agreed with Tyler here, particularly in the case of someone like Leah Dizon who has (a small amount of) Han Chinese blood but for all I know she has never even been in the People’s Republic of China. If she is “Chinese,” then the Taiwanese girls certainly are.

hongkong girls are the worst. their language and attitude is very brash and their views on life is very simple and money orientated… they have the worst fashion sense. most individualistic attitudes of them all imo.
taiwan girls are realllly cute. very small. very thin and very smart. they are really clingy and they believe in disney love. times are changing most rapidly in taiwan. really cute but their fashion sense is also zero.
Japanese girls are quite nice if you like their face and the way they act. i dont really dig it but i know a lot of people do. they have the most developed fashion sense. from head to toe you know its jap when you see it. hk and taiwan girls look like rural farmers compared to jap girls. but physically speaking, i found a higher percentage of chubby/fat girls compared to the other 3. what i think im saying is that jap girls are basically quite ugly without their fashion culture. like really ugly.
korean girls i have to say are nice. their faces are the most interesting to me. so distinctly perfect in a video game kinda way. much sharper and angular faces than the rest. korean fashion is developing, whilst there isnt much variety, whats out there now will make your jaw drop. girls wear killer heels everywhere and the clothes, makeup and hair will just make your eyes wince like youve seen a unicorn.

For whatever reason, the editor of this page decided to differentiate between Chinese vs Taiwanese. Taiwanese and Mainland Chinese are from the same race, but hold different political point of view.
Are you suggesting that by holding different view politically, you will also look different?
I think the Chinese and Taiwanese should be grouped together despite the political issues involved. Chinese and Taiwanese people essentially share the same genes and still resemble each other completely. There is a noticeable difference between the appearance of Chinese/Japanese/Korean people, but with Chinese and Taiwanese people, the difference is mainly with dress sense and hairstyle.
Your other posts already grouped them together and I’d say that is appropriate.
About my above post.. it hardly matters in this poll.
However, Chinese/Taiwanese girls are underrepresented in this website, without fault of Steve and the other posters. It’s a lot harder to follow Chinese/Taiwanese models since there are so many with no particularly notorious ones.
Regardless of nationality, I’m willing to bet at least 90% of the girls on this site have been enhanced by the knife. That’s a non-issue, boys. Korean girls are the sexiest because they are subtle. It’s a look, a turn, a pose; never mind the D-cups and the sex on a plate. Korean girls make you work for it and the sweetest fruit is atop the tree.

For the Koreans on this site, it’s about the number of quality models. There are just a lot of them here.
For Chinese/Taiwanese, there are only few that I consider to be hot, but those are, in my opinion, the hottest ones on this site. Yes, in this case, the quantity beats out quality.
As for Japanese, I really don’t understand why they’re popular at all. I mean, it’s nice that they’re wearing almost nothing, but that doesn’t make them attractive. There are only two on this site I’d even give a second look to in real life.

The truth is, the average girl in any country is, well, average. I believe the ratio of hot girls : average girls : ugly girls is the same for any nationality, ethnicity and race, even when you factor for personal taste.

I admit I have not been to Korea, China or Taiwan, I’m judging the Japanese by what I have seen firsthand, which were about 99% of the time fully clothed. I would assume North Korean girls wouldn’t be quite that attractive. There’s something about modern women that makes them infinitely more attractive. I mean even in America, compare Marilyn Monroe to the women of today; it’s just no contest. If you consider that, N. Korea is a place that seems to be stuck in the past because of their isolationism. They’re not getting the food they need (they definitely don’t have access to all the nutrition that we have), they have less information and luxury regarding things like hygiene, exercise and etc.

I’m sorry The Guy about my earlier reply but I think the thing that got me was in how you seemed to think that everyone must conform to concepts brought about by globalization, and that anyone outside this view (N.Korea) were somehow wrong.
I mean there can be little doubt about the power Globalization has had and of the many countries have succumbed to that Western ideology as to what makes women more ‘attractive’. Just looking at Korea, Japan and now recently China we can already see this happening, but we have to remember that countries like Japan (and much more to the point N.Korea) very much retain their older traditional norms in spite of media pressure.
The geisha with their pale complexion is a prime example of how to the Japanese and their society those types of women were and still are attractive.

I’ve already mentioned, on several occasions that beauty is a completely subjective thing. My main question is why are people just more attractive today than they were before? It’s not just the opinions and views of the modern world; I know enough old people who agree with this concept.
From what I’ve seen, because of lack of resources, third world countries tend to have less attractive people. I would assume that’s the case because they have less access to hygiene and nutrition and other resources like skin care.
i disagree about less attratice in third world compared to all non third world and espically states and uk, i don;t know about you but sleeping with whoever, having std’s and being ill def isn’t attractive to me.

And: in Las Vegas the number of marriages between afroamerican and Phillipines are amazing…

There was an article a couple years ago that said Korean-Mexican marriages were becoming more common in CA, and the growth in numbers in that area was overtaking Korean-White marriages. This is because, culturally, Koreans and the South American nations have more in common.

How about, first of all, if you want act all smart about geography, let’s begin with proper grammar and spelling. Confusion only has one “s” for example, and look at the way you structured the “Mexico is..” line.
Before you begin with lectures on geography, consider the type of people that are on here, and exactly who you’re acting all smart to. For all you know, I might be a professor of Latin American studies. The fact is, while Mexico is located in N. America, it’s culture is closely related to the South American countries. I prefer not to say “Latinos” because I know too many people who are offended by that phrase. Plus, I wasn’t specifically talking about Mexico. I say Mexico in LA because that’s the majority of the LATINOS in CA. Reality is that Koreans probably have more in common with countries like Argentina or Brazil (where a lot of Koreans live).
Oh, btw. I live in LA too, so don’t try to establish a pretentious credibility based on that fact. I didn’t say it’s perfect. I’m saying that the growth in Mexican-Korean relationships is greater than the growth in White-Korean ones.
As an ASIAN I should know about the sentiments we have towards non-Asians. The only reason why there are so many White-Asian couples is because of the way media portrays them. In the Western countries (especially AMerica), white males are positively represented in media. Asian women are portrayed as a submissive, gentle people with their only desire being pleasuring men, OR they’re seen as the sexy “dragon lady.” Asian guys, on the other hand, are often comic relief. You think Asian girls in Asia care particularly about white guys? NO. They’re not blasted with Western media over there. In the same way, even though I’m Asian, I find that white women are more attractive to my tastes because I’ve been conditioned to believe what media portrays as an ideal woman, and they’re portrayed behind the skin of a white woman.
Do Asians have a negative view of Mexicans and South Americans (who the Koreans will generally just call Mexican)? Yes. I’m not going to lie. However, times are changing, and people are realizing the cultural similarities. For one, both Mexicans and Koreans are certainly more conservative than the average American in LA. Both Mexicans and Koreans have a large Christian community. And they all prefer soccer over football :p
SO, before you act like you’re a smart person, realize that you’re not, and other people have more meaningful things to say.

That’s the type of attitude that is detrimental to the writing abilities of society. It doesn’t have to be an essay to require proper spelling; it’s a mode of communication. Besides, the spelling mistake you made was “confussion.” If you’re worried about typing quickly, why add a second “S”?
I don’t call all Latinos Mexican. Where did you get that idea? I simply hesitate to use that term because people are easily offended. Oddly enough, despite the fact that Mexico isn’t in South America, they’re not offended when I lump them into the term “South American.”

uh.. the percentage of ppl getting plastic surgery is outrageously high, especially in korea & japan where it’s affordable & routine, according to numerous studies. so what you see, besides the massive photoshopping, is plastic.

i concurr taiwanese and chinese should be separate, after all they look differnetly, i am chinese myself but… on average, an average jap girl, korean girl and taiwanese girl look better than an average chinese girl… but hte best chinese girl and the good ones look better than than good k, or jap or taiwanese girls =).

thanks for you info. i looked thru the url’s you posted regarding the “mystery chinese girl” and found her name to be “想想” ( xiang xiang ) which also has the meaning of “think think” in chinese. you can see from the makeup artist’s blog that our mystery girl just had her wedding ceremony a few days ago.

Look at the stats I posted above. Korea is relatively low in the number of plastic surgeries, while Western countries like USA gets them by the droves. Numerous studies? Show me these studies because I’ve already shown you the statistics.
no offense. but japan DOES have a higher rate of surgery over korea. but that is probably due to japan being a little bit more affluent. plus 1/3 of korea’s surgeries performed are actually foreigners (most of the time, other asians). I don’t really think japan has the right to judge koreans for surgery. however, there is still a lot of good looking japanese and koreans.
I think Japan does the best plastic surgery. No joke but in my experience the Korean girls were the best in my high school. All those who rank “japanese girls dnt do plastic surgery” should face the facts. Many rumors are spread by japanese themselves. BTW, I am chinese.

Koreans do too much plastic surgery, but i think that they are pretty cute. Japanese put too much make-up, although a select few are pretty. All in all i think Chinese are the best!!!!!
