Think about it, if you are a doctor and your job is curing patients, you would go to school to get smarter and be able to do so: you cant do so by your natural smarts. However... in my heart I still find plastic surgery gross... maybe because even if you fool the eyes, the genes say otherwise... However, looking at the above pics, I'm somewhat thankful that it exists; I really find her and her fat cheeks cute. Like my mother always said: there is no ugly women, just poor ones.
