I really wish I had had the foresight to go to University in Asia. Would have been so much better. My girlfriends would have been so much cuter. I would have learnt another language already. It would have been awesome.

    Cute set.

  6. Ma Jie Mao says:

Oh if only girls at my university dressed like that were so cute.

@Matt- I did go to University in Asia, China, unfortunately I found the wrong school in China, but the nearby bigger University and the one in Korea I scouted had hotties galore.

  7. I’d be her study partner. :D

  8. Holy Toast says:

@ Ma Jie Mao – As an American who will be teaching at a University in Korea soon, that’s very nice too know. Though I guess as a teacher I shouldn’t think like that.

Anyway, Han is always so gorgeous. I just want to hold her close in the still of the night.

  12. Mavy says:

  15. Holy Toast says:

@ Mavy – Unfortunately I won’t actually get to Korea for a long time. I’m only in my second year of college :( So I have about two more years before I get my bachelors degree and can teach.

You should defiantly try to talk to that exchange student. Trust me, they like it when you show interest in them and their culture.

My family hosted a Korean guy “Jeong” about four years ago (who is like my brother now) and a family friend had a Korean girl “Yeji” (who still today holds the keys to my heart) Knowing those two seriously changed my life. I just hope that when I get to Seoul, Yeji will still be single so I can sweep her off her feet :(

  16. Ma Jie Mao says:

    @Mavy- Ugos, Ugly girls

@Holy Toast- I did the Korean exchange girl thing for awhile, they kind of crazy and selfish. Go and finish your Bachelor in Korea that’s the way to go.

  17. musicaltunes says:

i wish more girls would wear pigtails like that. those are sweet

  18. Holy Toast says:

@ Ma Jie Mao – I would but im sure that would be more pricey then I can afford. I guess I should look into that option though. It would definitely help me with my Korean if I was forced to speak it 24/7. Plus anything that gets me to my lady quicker would be great.

  19. Ma Jie Mao says:

@Holy Toast- I went to school in China, which was actually cheaper then going to my US University, but I still got my degree from my US University cause it was a foreign program they were part of. However Korea is a much more expensive place then China.

  20. Mavy says:

@holy toast ^-^ thanks for the advice .I’ll try to talk to her ehehehhe ^-^..she’s always alone that’s why I’m feeling shy to talk to her ^-^…maybe be I can use my camera to make a good approach LOL ^-^… I’ll photographed her and start the conversation ^-^ *gulp….

  23. Kim Yong Ki says:

  24. Holy Toast says:

@ Mavy – What is Irregular student mean? Where are you from and what are you studying?

  25. Mavy says:

    @Holy Toast Uhmmm I’m not good at explaining well here goes, A Irregular student is kinda complicated but fun, I got my own will to choose what subject I want to get first :-) I can get a 1st ,2nd or 3rd year subjects :-) and of course I’m required to finish all the requirements subject and curiculum of the university =}
A advantage of a Irregular student are : Got many friends bcoz my subject is mixed up :-D and less paper works assignment :-D but it has a disadvantages to like Having a very long vacant time >_< of hate long vacant time..like in tuesdays My 1st class is 8 to 9:30 am and my nxt is 6-8pm :’(

Oh I nearly forgot to answer your other question :-)

It’s like a 2 in 1 course :-D and currently enrolled at a short course of photography :-D Kinda hectic but I enjoy it bcoz it’s my happiness :-D

@Holy Toast I’m currently studying at Philippine women’s university kinda old school bcoz it is established in 1919,
Philippines(soon to be a water land ) bcoz of storms. 4 consecutive storms ravage our country and floods >_< hayzz global warming effect .
Just sharing I’m too talkative lol :-) how about you holytoast? Where are you studying?

  27. Holy Toast says:

@ Mavy – Culinary arts? Cool. I am currently attending South Western Michigan College to get my Associates degree in Art. I have been studying Graphic Design through out high school and my first year of college but then I realized I would never be happy doing that and changed to educated, specifically teaching English as a second language.

Deciding to teach in Korea just made sense for me cause I know a lot of Koreans and I’ve always lived life differently then others, so when my family and friends learned I planed to leave America they weren’t too surprised. Plus obviously I love Korean women which is a big motivation. I joke with my friends that I’m diseased because I’m a white guy but I’m rarely attracted to white girls, almost exclusively Asians. Though I find it really annoying when people say I have an Asain fetish, that just makes it sound creepy.

Anyway, sorry to ramble. After this year I hope to attend a International University in Seoul to get my Bachelors then start teaching as soon as possible. :)

  28. Ma Jie Mao says:

I got my Bachelors in Asian Studies(I had classmates from just about every degree with me in China), always been fascinated with Chinese History. I’ve spent two summers in Korea teaching once English to Korean kids and the other time with US military kids. My family has strong ties to Korean community here and in Korea due to a exchange program my sister was in, but I went to China to finish my degree. Loved living in China much more then in Korea. Korea has a bit more of a traditional society so finding a girl there was much harder. I ended up marrying a Chinese girl, Fei Fei. And I am very happy, I spent a year teaching English in China after I finished my degree and I have had my fill of it for a lifetime now. Start my Master’s next fall.

  29. Holy Toast says:

awesome. It seams like Chinese would be a hard language to learn but I guess nothings to hard If you really want it. I’m currently learning Korean but would also like to know Japanese and Chinese eventually. Probably spend a year or so in each and see where I feel the most comfortable/happy.

By the way, I’m curious, what did you mean by “Korea has a bit more of a traditional society so finding a girl there was much harder.” Do you mean like they are less likely to wed foreigners because of social standards or what? Every Korean I know has said that the Korean people are generally very excepting of Americans such as myself but I guess marriage is a little different. :(

  30. Ma Jie Mao says:

Yeah that’s what I meant Toast, you more likely to get a Korean family that will disown a daughter cause she marries a foreigner, not so much China. Most my friends that married Korean girls are Korean America themselves, the one that isn’t had his wife family disown her.

I’ve taken a year of Korean, and many of Chinese, I find Chinese much easier then Korean, I just can’t wrap my tongue around those long Korean and Japanese words.

  31. Holy Toast says:

Hmmm that makes me very sad. We will see how that plays out for me. My lady friend was an exchange student so I would assume her parents are more accepting of foreigners. We will see, this summer I’m going to be apart of an exchange program type thing and am staying a month with them so hopefully I can make a good impression.

I know religion should never be used for personal gain but her family and mine are both Christian so I’m hoping I can connect with them that way. (Her dad is a pastor)
