I recently stumbled on Artefact’s Zettai Ryouiki explanation on Sankaku Complex, which eventually brought me to a very interesting article by tsubaki on Zettai Ryouiki: Achieving the Perfect Zone while doing research.
In a nutshell, Zettai Ryouiki (絶対領域) is the perfect ratio of skin, skirt, and sock that generates intense cuteness. Mathematically, the ratio is 4:1:2.5 (length of mini-skirt : the skin shown : length of socks above knee) with +/-25% error. Zettai Ruouiki is broken into grades with class A and B being true Zettai Ryouiki.
How about some examples from some popular models?
I don’t have any photos of models with class D or lower…that’s just too low grade for me (only the best will do!)

Possibly Grade A
Could it be that Ryu Ji Hye and Leah Dizon are the only two to achieve grade A status?
Back when I was in Tokyo, the girls there were typically class A and class B, which might explain why I found them so attractive

I don’t think this whole grading system works… it is the overall presentation that pulls the picture together imho. Even if the girl has an Grade A by this system and is wearing neon green and hot pink the picture isn’t going to look good.

I think stocking length and placement is important for the whole picture. I seriously think grade A and B makes a girl’s legs look hotter!

Very interesting article.. I voted “doesnt matter” tho’… With girls like HMH smoking the scene, i dun think i will be concentrating on the length of stockings or skirt

The acceptable margin for error is ±25%
The grade of socks isn’t a grading system. It’s just another way of classifying them. Personally, I like grade B the best. Just the right amount of skin while keeping the length of the skirt at an even level.

Grade A is clearly the tits as it leaves much to the imagination, and mwkes me think that the girl is unaware of her sexiness. The lower grades are clearly just trying to slut it up for the cameras.
Also Leah Dizon is the hottest thing since fresh dog poo!

Wearing socks higher than Grade D can be a challange if you don’t have perfectly toned legs, and also they start to slip down as well. Sure it looks good on models but it isn’t really practical. Don’t judge a girl by their socks?

grade A is AWESOME. even though i like the others too, grade C can make the legs look a bit short. i’d totally do grade A if i could stand the teeny skirt.
