This video got me looking at the article “If I suck the venom out of a snakebite, will I live?”, which doesn’t say anything about taking a sip of a refreshingly delicious tea prior to sucking the venom. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen some saucy Korean tea commercials.
In case anyone leaves an angry comment about my LJW bashing…Lee Ji Woo sucks because she’s saving a guy’s life.

I was surprised myself when I saw it. When the guy drank the tea, I was expecting him to gain some sort of energy boost so he could lift her up and run to a hospital or something…
And just what was that tea sip for?? I didn’t understand what the hell they wanted to imply. Ji Woo looks breathe-taking as always (what can I say?, she’s my favorite), but what’s with that guy?? Ji Woo’s arms look in better shape than his… worst commercial I’ve seen, hopefully that “to be continued” line is just a bad joke.

It’s so lame in many ways.
Chances are, she saw the guy do it and thought that stuff was antidote that you needed to gulp so you don’t get poisoned from sucking out the venom.
