I’m not sure what Mizuho Hata is cosplaying as in these two costumes, but the results are stunning. The first costume looks like a sailor scout outfit, if it was a show designed for guys (there was a live action). I must say, that those rectangular black rimmed glasses got me quite excited. The next costume looks like gothic lolita fashion, which I have almost no photos of. Does anyone know the names of the characters she’s cosplaying as?

Looks like one of the later Sailor Scouts, Neptune, Uranus or Pluto, I think she looks like Pluto the most

Considering that the outfit is blue it could be two choices. Mercury, though she had a lighter blue (but does have both glasses and tech goggles) and Saturn, with a short black hair do and navy blue outfit(without glasses). Hope that helps.

@Chaos- I think your right see is closest to Saturn with the short black hair, and Saturn color was purple i believe so its kind of close. The eyeglasses kind of confuse things. She probably just her own original Sailor Scout. I never was much a fan of Sailor Moon, but I do like other anime
