Popseoul provides a nice explanation of who Han Jang Hee is: “known as the ‘elf girl,’ Han Jang-hee was first spotted as a random fan wearing patriotic colors at the 2006 World Cup.” Now the news of her debut album and music video releases in March has all the KPop sites talking. The most noticeable feature of Han Jang Hee (한장희) is that enormous rack of hers. They are definitely larger than Hwang Mi Hee or Kim Ha Yul.
